Through the Ontario CLRI at the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging, PREP LTC
is pleased to announce the launch of iPrecept!
iPrecept is a society for long-term care (LTC) preceptors that acknowledges preceptors’ crucial role in training and recruiting future LTC team members while providing resources and opportunities to support their professional development, personal recognition and overall success.
As a culture change initiative, iPrecept is building an environment that attracts, rewards and retains the best, most dedicated preceptors. Membership will offer preceptors a space to connect and collaborate with their peers to improve the quality of LTC home placements and the experience of those who are living and working in LTC.

Celebrate and recognize the important contributions of preceptors in your home.
