Unfunded Home Impact Survey 2022-2023

Thank you for participating in the 2022-2023 Preceptor Resource and Education Program in Long-Term Care (PREP LTC).

PREP LTC will provide Ontario long-term care (LTC) homes with online education and mentoring to equip them with the necessary skills to support positive and successful clinical placements and build capacity for student mentorship. Funding is also provided for preceptors’ time supporting personal support worker and nursing student placements. PREP LTC is funded by the Ministry of Long-Term Care.

Please complete the following survey on PREP LTC’s impact on your LTC home by April 30, 2023. This survey aims to explore your experiences and the perceived impact of PREP LTC and assist with future program planning. All responses will be confidential and anonymous.

Completing the survey will be considered consent to share the information with the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI). If you have any questions, please get in touch with Evaluation Manager, Lauren Blair at lauren.blair@the-ria.ca.
