The Preceptor Resource and Education Program in Long-Term Care (PREP LTC) provides Ontario long-term care (LTC) homes with funding, online education and resources to equip them with the necessary tools to support successful clinical placements and build capacity for student mentorship.

The PREP LTC initiative helps LTC homes build or expand student placement programs, provide online education for preceptors and students and develop resources to support positive placements for personal support worker (PSW) and nursing (PN, BScN) students as well as internationally educated nurses (IEN) in Ontario.
